I would never recommend this funeral home. So completely disorganized and didn’t follow my wishes. A couple of days after the funeral my daughter and I met with the director and he basically denied everything or blamed it on someone else. Other people even heard him say and do things that he denied. He charged us for a viewing that we didn’t have. He then said he wanted to reimburse us for the viewing but sent a check for $495 . The extra charge ( for the viewing we didn’t want or have) was $2000 Complete disrespect and unprofessional and dishonesty. So completely heartbreaking. You can’t redo a funeral. As the spouse and my children we were put six cars behind the hearse. ??? May seem small to some but was heartbreaking for us. These are just a few of the things. Don’t use their services!!!

I used them for my Mom. The were very respectful and caring. I highly recommend them.

The biggest regret of my life was using McGann Hay for my mothers funeral. They made a terrible situation even worse. When we needed a helping hand and organization the most, McGann provided neither. I know its a business, but the entire time their only concern was money, money, money. And after payment was arranged we had a horrible time contacting the McGanns or getting our phone calls returned.
