We recently used McCourt & Trudden Funeral Home for the funeral services of a close family member. From the moment we contacted them, we knew it was the right decision. Michael, the funeral director, was very knowledgeable and thought of everything before we even thought to ask. Billy, the owner, was also very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind; anything we asked for or needed was no problem. Karen in the office was SO helpful when navigating paperwork, which was appreciated because our heads weren't in that space then. The process of dealing with the death of a loved one is one of the most difficult things to do in life. This funeral home and all of the staff were beyond amazing and exceptional. I was so upset and they helped me every step of the way. Thank you Michael for making sure my dad had the blue tie. He took it right off in front of me to make sure my dad would have it. From our initial meeting, and throughout the entire process, Bill and his staff made us feel like we were being taken care of by family, where any and all of our needs were first, foremost and of paramount importance.
