I really can’t express how thoughtful this funeral home is. It was like picking them was the last gift my Aunt was able to give me. From picking out her casket before she passed, to the second she passed and I had to make the call and all the way to several months after her passing, my family’s comfort was at the top of their list of priorities. When they came to get my Aunt, they were compassionate. When we had to go sign and make arrangements, they brought us coffee, offered to get us food and never rushed us. They covered every detail. Sent us home with a thoughtful platter after her wake. During her services they left no stone unturned, accommodated special requests and covered bases I didn’t even think of. They had even bought and packed bagels and water for my family and put them in the limo for us knowing we probably didn’t eat the morning of her funeral. They were right. They followed up to check on me as well as several months later and sent support group information incase the holidays were hard. Then they sent a beautiful ornament for the holidays commemorating her; she passed in June…..they didn’t just dismiss our loss because the checks cleared several months ago. I am so impressed with their thoughtfulness and attention to details. My Aunt most importantly would have been so touched and happy she chose them.
