Trusting, Respectful, and an overall great experience! Andy Novak, Kevin and all the staff were just amazing in helping deal with the loss of my adored Mom Toby in May 2019. Andy was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to deal with. He guided us every step of the way and was available via phone at any time for any question..and I had lots. There were no hidden fees as he laid out everything in detail up front. He was very compassionate, comforting and a true professional. We had the service in the Waters Chapel which is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Our own Rabbi cancelled on us a couple days before and Andy was able to get us a great Rabbi with no issue. Everything fell into place and Star of David came through in every aspect. I had set up the funeral arrangements a couple weeks before my Mom passed which was the best thing to do. It would have been much tougher if we had done it after the fact. Thanks again Andy and team at Star of David! My Mom would be proud and she was right to pick your establishment months before she passed.

Kevin Gray and Star of David Chapel were amazing at helping my family to fulfill my father's final wishes. My father had a New York State PrePlan originally setup with a different funeral home that went out of business. Kevin reviewed the PrePlan and agreed to fulfill my father's wishes without any additional charges. He and his team ensured this process was easy and simple as possible while providing my family with flexibility to make any adjustments needed. I cannot say enough about how great and professional Kevin and his team are and I would recommend their services anytime - Thank you Kevin!

My father passed on March 26, and I needed a funeral home that would take care of all the arrangements. My mother in law found Star of David, and Kevin Gray was kind, understanding and so helpful during this stressful and sad time. He took care of everything, and when I went there today to pick up dad's remains and paperwork, we finally got to meet.
