The staff members at the Grandville location were wonderful! They did everything they could to give my mom the best care after she passed away and to make the entire experience what my family and parents wanted and needed. They were always prompt and responsive, asking if there was anything else they could do for us. We had a similar wonderful experience with this location after my dad passed away six months ago. Everyone there is also very friendly, which was important to me during this difficult time. I highly recommend this location.

This was my family’s first loss snd we couldn’t of been treated better. Matthew did an amazing job guiding us through the whole process. I dreaded going but Matthew made us all comfortable from the very beginning. I am also grateful he was able to accommodate us before ending his day. The day of the service everything was handled beautifully and we are very grateful for the amazing care our family was given. Every request was honored and every detail was appreciated. We recently worked with Mike for my dads funeral and he was so kind and caring . MKD did such a wonderful job with my mom’s funeral almost 5 years ago, so we decided to go with them again for dad. The attention to detail was phenomenal. My dad liked to fly fish, so the flowers they did and momentos encorporating the fishing theme were so thoughtful. They really cared for our family and were genuinely loving. We would recommend anyone to go with MKD. We actually had the MKD Jamestown funeral home do my dad’s funeral and it was absolutely beautiful. Mike walked us through every detail of the funeral and it made it so much easier for our family in our time of grief.
