Losing both my parents just two weeks apart was a tremendous challenge, but your staff's compassion, professionalism, and guidance helped me navigate every step of the way during the two funerals preparations for mom and dad. The professionalism and care of the Cook staff is exemplary! Everything was beautifully arranged, from the decoration of the chapel to the food during our fellowship time following the service and more. No detail was overlooked. More importantly, the dignity, respect and grace with which Cook treated our departed family member was (and is) appreciated beyond words. I'd like to offer a special acknowledgement to Doug B for all the help and guidance he offered throughout the process and to Shannan for her care and interaction. As those left behind, it's never easy to lose our loved one or to try to navigate the process of their care after their departure.
