My grandmother passed away October 4 and I called million of times to the 8st location for issues that I had with a death certificate and there is a sweet lady that answers the phone always in the morning I think her name is Olga or Olivia! She is very heartwarming and understandable and very patient. The whole staff is incredible.. Alejandra was my director she was also incredible! This funeral home makes you feel like family and treats you like one..This funeral home is top notch! Highly recommend!

Beginning with the sales staff, Ms. Lydia Fernandez, Mr. Eric Mas Pons, who assisted us at out hour of needs with efficient decisions. Ms. Zamora exceeded our expectations in presenting our lovely Justa in the best possible way. Tony, Gloria and all the other staff were very understanding and accomodating. They have better service and prices than most other service providers. I also want to thank Father Martin for his words of consolations during the viewing and graveside. Thanks for making a difficult time a better experience.
