When my father passed away in July 2024, I was faced with the next step to choose a company that would care for his remaining. The first company I called showed me absolutely no compassion and they were all business! Cremations of America was the second company I called, and right there I could feel the difference! They were kind and compassionate about the pain we were going through and made things so easier for us. I didn’t feel rushed or that I was just another business transaction. We decided to have a viewing prior to my dad’s cremation. Gus asked questions about my dad’s life, even on such a small detail of how my dad liked his beard, my dad was in a hospital for a few weeks and when he passed he had a full beard, but never in his life he had one, and I was so glad Gus took the time to call us to ask how we wanted. They offered us a chapel in Tamarac to hold the service, and I did not expect the place to be so beautiful! They provided us with guest signing book and prayers card! I would not have the mind or time to think about this details! They also provided flowers and I can say that my father had the service that was dignified and honor his life! I will be forever thankful to Gus, Mauricio and cremation of America for providing our family the last memories with our beloved dad that honored him! We don’t get a chance to do this again, the way Cremations of America made sure everything was done in such a manner that honored my dad will be forever in my heart! I thank you from the bottom of my heart, because of the way you handle your business with the outmost respect for deceased and the family, we have nothing but beautiful memories of our family and friend’s coming together to say goodbye to our beloved dad!

Cremations America was incredibly professional and compassionate during a very difficult time for our family. My brother unexpectedly passed away in Miami, Florida. Cremations America was highly recommended by the hospital staff. Gus and his staff was great helping me thru the process and logistics in sending my brother to Honolulu, Hawaii. Five stars is definitely not enough to rate them....I'd give them ten stars.
