My family and I are so very grateful to have been assisted by Family Service Counselor, Ms. Georgina Morgan when finalizing my mom's ultimate funeral and interment arrangements. Ms. Morgan was so graceful, sympathetic and sincere. Thank you Ms. Morgan for your guidance throughout the process. Not surprised by the professionalism of Caballero Rivero Little Havana. You are all to be commended on your professional and personal demeanor. Moreover, Ms. Morgan went above and beyond when she learned that my aunt & uncle’s gravesite vase had been missing for a while, and had it replaced within 48 hrs. What a class act.

No one ever wants to write a review of a funeral home. But it is part of life, so here is my review. I want to thank every single person in this building, every single person from the front desk staff to the two men who handled my mother's coffin to the burial THANK YOU! This was the easiest, quickest, simplest process. This location made a horrific situation into a tolerable one and showed me that even in the final stages of life for my mother people still cared. I never felt rushed, I never felt like a burden. To Beatriz, I can never thank you enough!! From the first phone call when you answered you are a godsend, a true angel on earth to me and my family. You are an amazing woman, who never didn't do one hundred percent to help me. Your peace, guidance, and ability to say the right things mean so much. To Annia, thank you so much for being so kind, you have never made my family feel bad about our constant phone calls, you have assisted us so much from the get-go and explained to us over and over the process without missing a beat your care means so much. And to Debbie, Vienna, and Orlando thank you for coming in during hard moments and holding my hand or hugging me. I wish to never write another review here at least for a long time but I know if I need a location to trust for any of my family member's final moments this is the location 10/10!!

I reside in Washington state and being so far (Caballero is located in Miami FL) I was concerned how this process would all be handled. Once I spoke with the Funeral Director, Beatriz I felt at ease and confident things were going to work out smoothly and they did. Beatriz was basically 'on stand by' due to the time difference and even offered her personal number so I can reach out to her about any questions, any emotions at any time. Superb!!! And there were times I did reach out at an odd time and she was there. Beatriz was definitely reliable, skillful, proficient and kind. I am sure as a funeral home you spend an immense time with different families, different emotions and circumstances. With Beatriz, you would never know it. She was serene and you can see she loves what she does, she loves to make people comfortable therefore she is in the right profession. A true asset to Caballero Rivero.
