Horrible experience with my dads funeral. I was greeted while upon singing paperwork by a woman who told me "yeah, you remember you parked infront of my house?" My father was still at this funeral home. My grandma who passed away is the neighbor to this woman I speak of. She was friends with him, he sat her porch many years, drinking beers - but now - greeting me she says this? I went there to sign paperwork and this is the experience I had. Do not recommend.

Although we anticipated my dad’s death, (he was 90 years old) Dennis funeral home, honored the fact that he wanted to be cremated. They were in contact with us every step of the way. When we were too emotional to check in with them to make certain that varies paperwork had been signed - they checked in with us. They were kind, caring, and an extremely attentive. I am forever grateful for their care, concern and guidance.

2 years ago we had to bury my dad & this funeral home was chosen thru family. I still can’t stomach what I saw on the day of viewing. How he laid in a casket that look like it came from a trash pile(used & really outdated)or a hunted house. They even had the nerve to spray green spray paint around the rim of the casket that made it look like mold. Linen was dirty. He was too tall for the small casket. His head hit the rim. His nose was twisted to one side as if they left a heavy pen on it too long. I didn’t recognize him at all. He was too dark & too skinny. A bag of bones. Wasn’t sure if he even had arms. He wasn’t that small when he died. She had the nerve to put the footprint prayer instead of what we asked for. Paid for His name to be in the casket. I ordered a custom band new casket and looks like she gave me a cremation one. He did have insurance of $12500 which covered what we asked for. But it looked like a $1200 package. Thankfully she fixed it at the last minute when I clowned. So she had my mother to pick out another casket at the last minute, while in there, we saw the casket we ordered in the show room floor. His funeral had to be sabotaged. I will forever remember the pain we felt seeing him like that. Tried pulling him up on her website and he is not even listed. The worst funeral home ever. Very unprofessional & rude. The owner gave us problems from the beginning until the end. I don’t care how people say she nice and is the best. That’s not what we experienced. One day we will all have to answer to God for our actions. I pray for mercy on her soul. This will forever hunt my family on the day we were grieving, she made it to be a nightmare. Looked like a tales from the crip scene. This funeral home don’t even deserve 1 star. PS. I have pictures as well.
