During the absolute worst time in my family's life, Lotz was absolutely kind, caring and so very thoughtful. The kindness shown continued even after I had picked my mother's ashes up. After filling out all the paperwork the love and care they showed my mother was something I'll never forget. They kept me informed every step of the way. As hard as it was knowing my mom was so close and yet I could not be there was hard, the only reason it did not tear me apart was I knew she was with people who cared for her as if she was family.

Lotz in Vinton did an Amazing job taking care of Mom's services. We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with then Betty. She was remarkable. She went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of in this tragic time in our lives. So from our family to you " THANK YOU MRS BETTY FOR EVERYTHING.

The staff at Lotz in Vinton was wonderful. The Director, Betty, was exceptional. She was very professional, caring, and attentive. She and her staff helped make my Dad's service more comfortable.
