Throughout my experience everyone was absolutely amazing, thoughtful, professional and was there for me the entire time. The facility was clean, and very warm feeling. Desiree was extremely helpful and saw that everything was taken care of. I did not have to worry about a thing as she saw to all the details. I would highly recommend their service to everyone. Service was lovely but making the arrangements was a nightmare. There was dishonesty around pricing and disrespectful interactions. Issues passed to management, who did not express concern. Do not give them photos to display digitally at your loved one’s service unless you want them to be published online (and archived on search engines in perpetuity). There’s nothing wrong with that except they will do it without notice to or consent from you. Untrustworthy establishment, unfortunately. Add: Dwayne, please don’t state in this forum that you would be grateful for an opportunity to speak with me further. You already declined to speak with me further when you (twice) responded to my very detailed email by saying that you would pass on my concerns. Zero acknowledgement that the horrible customer service, internet publication of family photos, incorrect pricing information, etc. should not have occurred. Zero questions asked; zero interest in understanding anything further. I am interested in speaking with an owner, should they so choose. I requested that initially and you offered yourself instead. I remain hopeful that an owner is willing to speak with me; all of my contact information is available to them.
