Jones & Rich made a difficult time much simpler for our entire family. The initial planning meeting put us all at ease. We felt listened to, we appreciated the help in making decisions, and we were relieved to be able to trust Bob and his team to guide us through every step of the way. Everyone was so professional yet incredibly warm. I especially appreciated their responsive to any of our questions and the follow up and check ins to be sure they were meeting our expectations. They went above and beyond. We felt so fortunate to be in such good hands at such a sad time. My family and I are forever grateful.

From my first encounter with Desiree after the passing of my mother to my meeting with Kennedi approximately three weeks later (by which time my father had also passed) nearly everything was letter perfect. Our parents had preplanned/prefunded their arrangements, so the majority of planning was done, but small items were still needing to be decided, music, catering, a pastor, etc. My family felt in very good hands with both Desiree and Nate. The entire staff was very kind, respectful and helpful. It wasn't easy dealing with the deaths of both of our parents within 5 days of each other, but the wonderful people at Jones, Rich & Barnes helped to make a heavy load easier to carry. The only glitch was at my dad's service a week after mom's. A song chosen to be played at the start of the service was not at an audible volume. When someone attempted to fix that there was alot of scratching and static. That was disappointing, but I realize that things can go wrong. I just wish things were tested out ahead of the time of the service. This glitch does not change the fact that I would always recommend JR&B to anyone in a time of loss, and I cannot overstate the kindness with which I and my family were care for.
