I give five stars ,staff was definitely very caring attentive to our family in this time of difficulty they were very easy to work with, and always responded in a timely matter. They made our experience so much easier than I thought it would be ,never felt any pressure and I love how they work as a team to make our situation a lot easier definitely very grateful to Laura and Mayela for their sincere kindness , support and knowledge.

Professional experience throughout a very difficult time for our family. Our funeral director, Annette Singh, was sympathetic and attentive from our initial planning through the memorial service and beyond. All of the staff we met were helpful, kind and respectful. We highly recommend Lima.

Do NOT invest into this place for any type of Funeral Service. This place recently tore apart a family by getting involved and being ugly. This place is just about the money. The family paid, and kept it secret from hundreds of relatives that wanted to attend to pay their last respects to their loved one. This place took the money and did not deliver. The deceased loved one had a few maggets coming out from the ear, it was disgusting. They claim they don't refrigerate the remains prior to service. Do not spend your money here. They keep adding to your invoice once you sign. It's a nightmare at the end for everyone involved.
