I was very grateful to Joel and the staff at Leonard's who helped me to navigate my mom's passing.She passed on a holiday weekend and we were facing horrible weather. Joel was patient, kind and honest and worked with me at a time when it's hard to think straight. He helped us to create the celebration of life we were hoping. He provided more than I expected and when the day arrived literally 4 times as many people than expected attended. Joel made everyone feel comfortable and just kept helping to host and add chairs. After the service I walked over, to pay him and he said, "Not today, we will bill you, it's okay." I was so impressed with how professional and sincere everyone on their team is, the visitation, graveside service was set up beautifully and respectfully. It was amazing to be able to have my mom's funeral in the town she loved so much and to have a team of people here to help and guide me through all of it. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they don't push you into anything. I highly recommend Leonard's and am so grateful to them for making my mom's transition so special and beautiful .

Joel and Anna could not have been more accommodating. They were understanding, obviously very experienced, and good at their job. We had a unique request that involved our dog and closure for her. Joel set up a "private viewing" for our German Shepherd, which achieved the desired result. The dog seems to be at peace with the loss of her beloved Suzanne. Employ the folks at Leonard's; you'll be happy with their service.

Joel, Anna, Craig & staff are the best. When we lost our mom, the hospital called Leonard Memorial Home per our request. Shortly after, Joel called us to set up an appointment. Since my sister lives out of state, Joel suggested that she stayed at home, and we could do the arrangements over the phone with me in Joel’s office. This worked out great. He took pictures of all the merchandise and sent them to her via text so she could see what we were discussing. Afterwards, we had so many questions and concerns that we made several phone calls back to them which were handled in a professional and timely matter. When it came to the wake, funeral Mass and cemetery everything went smoothly and beautifully. My family & I highly recommend Leonard Memorial Home. You will not be disappointed.
