I HIGHLY recommend Martin & Hightower in Carrollton as they were absolutely wonderful!!! When my mom passed a few weeks ago, I didn't know what to do about arranging a funeral as I have never had to, but Ms. Cason & Ms. Virginia and so many others on their staff made me feel like I was the only one they had to deal with.THAT is the kind of attention they gave my family! Extremely professional and so patient, it was amazing! These folks know what they are doing and are super compassionate!! I feel blessed that they worked with me and my family as this was the hardest thing to go through losing my mom. Thank you so much for everything!!! I have known this business and many of the associates/employees most of my adult life. As a pianist, I have played for many funerals that they have directed. They have handled the services of many of my relatives and friends as well as my late husband. Based on personal experience, I can say that everything is done to perfection. They still do "customer service" the "old" way, meaning, the customer really always does come first. And they do it with an unsurpassed level of professionalism and compassion. There simply is no comparison.

What a GREAT group of people! They were so good to me, my family, and especially my Dad. Every single person at this funeral home was nice and sincere. They truly care about the person that has passed as well as the family that has just lost the loved one. Thank you again for making this so easy during a hard time.
