I have helped my mom with starting a pre planning service at this location. We started a contract and later decided to change a few things. Heather took in information and did not tell us how much the new payments are. We recieved a bill stating missed payments all the while they are withdrawing payments (same amount as last contract) from her account. I called the chapel and they seem more confused. It seems no one knows what they are doing. I have called them multiple times and they said they would call me back. I have not heard back and it's been almost a week. Now we received another bill. We are considering canceling our contract, if we cannot get this resolved.

Lawncrest Mortuary did an excellent job in helping our family with the passing of our mother in March. From removal of the body late at night to the final details concerning the cremation process and finally receiving Moms ashes in a very nice engraved Urn; Ryan helped us every step of the way. Our family is grateful for the thoughtful way Ryan, Bryce & Lawncrest Mortuary helped us through a painful time🙏

Heather was very helpful & explained everything to us. We were given enough time to think about each item. It wasn't something we looked forward to doing, but it really went well.
