Staff was very accommodating as I was from out of town. They were able to assist in getting all the paperwork done on the 1 day so I did not have to come back.

We asked for this high-priced funeral home, as a matter of courtesy, to merely send us the tracking number for a family member's cremains. This was after waiting more than a month and a half for a death certificate because they were "waiting for the check to clear". As with so many things having to do with this firm, courtesy was not forthcoming. If you can find another funeral chapel, do so for the sake of your emotional health in a difficult time.
