The staff here were wonderful and very caring and considerate and did their best to make sure my father looked as much like himself prior to his illness as possible (he looked like he was just sleeping peacefully in his church attire) and we are grateful that they were willing to do his final arrangements and couldn’t have chosen a better funeral home. The visitation pictures coincided perfectly along with his favorite songs and we couldn’t have been more pleased with all the services provided for our beloved father. From the time of his passing we all felt nothing but sincere heartfelt condolences from all of you at Laufersweiler’s and we feel blessed that such an excellent funeral home calls Fort Dodge, IA home. Our family has had multiple deaths in a few short years. It seems like you have family helping you the entire process of the funeral. There so compassionate and caring while being extremely professional. The are thoughtful before, during and after. They truly care about your pain. You eventually will have to deal with death so be with this family who for for generations has made this difficult time a lot less painful.

We recently lost our mom. Mark and all of the staff at Laufersweiler Funeral are absolutely amazing. They all are so understanding and helpful when your going through such difficult times. I could not recommend any services more this this family owned business. Not just professional but very caring and helpful.
