I have dealt with this funeral home multiple times. They have always made the experience feel like they valued our family and helped guide us through tragedy. This last death was handled through them with family being in another state and yet we still felt like they were holding our hands and there with us every step of the way. I honestly can't say enough kind things about them. Thank you so much for being there for us.

I absolutely would not recommend this funeral home. They dropped the ball so many times. 1- at the wake services, we ran out of memorial folders, wanted the music turned up, and wanted the AC turned on/up, but Bill was no where to be found. I took it upon myself to find more memorial folders, and adjusted the AC. 2 - we were told the funeral services would be live AND recorded, along with the gravesite services, which neither happened. Heartbreaking when we have a lot of family from out of town that was waiting and watching. 3 - Bill misplaced the wedding band taken off my brother in law, (right before closing the casket). We went to the funeral home around 11am asked about the wedding band and was told, they needed to look into this and would get back to us. No response all day. I called, let voice messages, no response. I called the next day, every hour, no response until the following day. Imagine how my newly widowed sister felt thinking her husbands wedding band was lost. Horrifying! 😢 (they did find it in Bill’s pants pocket, thankfully). 4 - was told the death certificates would be in early last week, we just received them yesterday, a week later. Which took me calling to inquire about them. I feel like they should have called us and kept us updated. Very sad situation. I’ve heard nothing but positive things about the previous owners.

During a most difficult time, we were very pleased with how they handled everything for us. Very thorough, very caring and kind. Thanks so much Bill and Betsy.
