Lauck & Veldhof took excellent care of my mother’s service. Jeff went above and beyond with the planning.. Everyone that I’ve encountered at the funeral home has been amazing to speak with, and they want everything to go smooth for grieving families. Thank you, Jeff and the staff for the beautiful service and care you’ve provided. We couldn’t have picked a better place for my beautiful mother.

My mother died 3 weeks ago. We have a large family and appreciated that Jeff only serves one family at a time. Jeff, Catherine and their whole staff took such good care of all of us. From the young man who came to the hospital and treated Mom with such dignity and respect as he gently wrapped her and covered her with a quilt as he transported her to the funeral home, to Catherine, who worked magic to restore Mom to her previous elegance, the three lovely ladies stationed at the door...ready to help with the littlest request, and finally, Jeff who welcomed us all as family and organized a beautiful, meaningful send-off for Mom. I cannot recommend them more highly. I was especially touched by the little things that make the place feel homey. We had little great-grandchildren there and there was a comfortable area hidden away where kids could be kids, with a full kitchen and a place to play cards or read a book and just "escape" for awhile. Jeff has placed some Boston Terrier distractions as well that the kids noticed & enjoyed. Thank you Jeff, Catherine and your full staff for helping make some good memories.
