In a time where someone needs compassion, this is not the funeral home to get that. The director there Charles, is a heartless monster who hasn't got an ounce of compassion in his bones. The first thing said to me after my father passed was that he stopped payment on his funeral funds, and that this could be up to $14000, not an I'm sorry for your loss not a let's talk about what options we can work through. Then when I said to him that I hope he handles the other families with more compassion than I was shown he stepped into my personal space like I was going to be intimidated. When he was told to back up he "kicked me out" I wouldn't wish this place on anyone needing to lay their loved ones to rest.

Amazing experience with this funeral home. Chuck was very personable. He was very patient with us and our large family. We lost my sister unexpectedly and had never buried anyone before so we had no idea what to expect. Chuck was very helpful and kind. We loved them! My sisters service was perfect! But he needs to retire now ;) love always Rachel’s “crazy” family

I honestly would of loved to give this funeral home 5 stars. The staff is very nice, the facility is very nice. However I spent over $6,000 for my brothers funeral which him being laid to rest and everything being perfect meant a lot to me. Well started off so many misspelled names in his obituary & wrong birthday as Wells I was told they would put another one out in the paper with the right spelled and dates (he has 4 young children who I wanted to save them for) that was never corrected. Fast forward to the day of the showing. I went in and paid the remainder of the $ I counted it out in front of the man he came back and said I was short $100 which I knew for 100% fact I wasn’t I couldn’t it a million times even in his face, I asked to recount it he said I couldn’t because he already put it up so I over paid $100. we was supposed to have something like 200 of the little memorial cards we had maybe 30 all with the wrong birthday yet again on them. They ended up bringing more with the right date but the picture on the front had lines thru it looked like their printer was running out of ink. I finally decided to look in the memorial book we all sign as we come in the showing yet AGAIN my brothers birthday is misspelled and most of his siblings names. Then to put the icing on the cake I received the 4 death certificates I ordered from them and ALL have the wrong birthday. I called a couple weeks ago they said they would get the issue fixed and Calle me right back. I still haven’t heard a word. I’m just super upset because all of this for my brother should of be perfect!
