My experience here has been very pleasant. I’ve worked with Nick in getting my daughter cremated and finding an urn for her. Nick has been very responsive and explaining the process thoroughly to make me feel more comfortable. I should add- I live 2 1/2 hours away and he had no problem working with me through emails and phone calls, which helped me so much to not have to drive so far with a newborn. Thank you for making this process as easy as possible

My mother passed September 29,2023 the service was beautiful. The problem is my father bought two vases they mounted one higher than the other who would do that and not make it right? I’ve talked to several people they act like they care but they never call me back!! Still waiting on my mom’s name plate! All I want is to honor my mother with beautiful vases of flowers that are leveled!

the experience that my family has had with this company has been extremely horrible. it does seem true once this place has your money they start to ignore anything that you try to get finalized. my mothers headstone still hasn't been engraved like they said it would. it has been almost 8 months since her passing. to me it is just sad that a company says how compassionate they are until payment. this is not professional. it took twice as long to get death certificates. seems it takes multiple phone calls just to get leave your number and we will get back to you, but of course another lie. i would not recommend this company to anyone. if i could it would be negative stars but you have to put one to post
