I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to the Staff of Conroy- Tully Walker. It was a very rewarding experience during this time of sorrow. From the moment I encountered the staff in organizing the arrangements, to the carrying out of the funeral, to the burial, it was with professionalism. All staff showed compassion, dedication, and true concern for my feelings. My dealings were primarily with Melody Pereira for doing the planning, with Alissa Dodds for preparing the prayer service, the mass and burial, with Julie Ann Johnson for her follow up work, and Elizabeth for keeping in touch with her follow up texts. Adam and the staff of Conroy-Tully Walker Funeral home were very professional, caring and respectful. My husband was treated with dignity and compassion. Adam thoroughly explained all the details of the entire process to me and helped my daughter and I write a beautiful obituary. Adam made sure to have someone from his staff check on me to see if I was ok and if there was anything they could do to help me through the grieving process. Dealing with the tragedy and pain and loss of a loved one is truly beyond challenging. However and rather unbelievably Adam Walker and his extraordinary staff at Tully-Walker somehow understood and embraced the truth that the depth of one’s grief is directly proportional to the boundless depth of one’s love for that loved one. That understanding was palpable throughout our memorial service and evident at every stage both before and after that service. Never would I have thought that Tully- Walker or anyone else could begin to ease just even a bit of that grief. Adam Walker and his team did just that — caring, professional, empsthiec and more.
