We used Jones Funeral Home for our daughter's cremation. Sonya was compassionate and wonderful. She made the process seemless for us. It was am emotional time but they walked us through the process and went above and beyond to assist in putting her remains into her final urn. They communicated well when things were delayed. They went same day to pick her up from the hospital which put us as ease knowing she was not alone in the hospital. They checked on us after everything and even sent us a book mark with a poem and a remembrance for our sweet baby. I would recommend them to anyone who needs funeral services.

I just wanted to put this out there. My mama passed away on June 14th 2024. I went to Jones funeral home to have my mama creamated. The people here are absolutely amazing at what they do. When we lost my son in January I reached out to Jones’s Funeral Home to get him home and make the arrangements. In the darkest moments of our lives, Darin made himself available for any and all questions or concerns around the clock 7 days a week. He took many stresses off of my family by taking those calls and texts and immediately addressing them. Sonya May is truly an angel here on earth. Her compassion and dedication to us was just amazing. She arranged and informed us of every detail of the process from the COD, all the stages and procedures of the ceremony, to the graveside service. She coordinated with us every single detail from the moment we met until still this day with updates to the Certificate of Death any thing we may need copies of, and a very personal touch in grief and emotional support. We live her and she will be a friend and part of our family always. Megan Hahs has also been a true blessing and inspiration. During the process she bonded with my grandson in helping him process his grief. They have since become friends and she spends time with him regularly still today in helping him with career development and support. The loss of our son Seff has heartbroken and devastated us all but the staff at Jones’s now 4 months later are still involved in our lives and are true friends and family. I never expected this to be like this but it shows you what truly special people they are.
