My heart truly goes out to friends and family who missed the virtual service due to this funeral home's negligence. As if this year isn't hard enough with COVID devastation, the loss of family members, and now the inability to see off that loved one. He deserved much better than that and the funeral home should be ashamed of themselves for such unprofessionalism and carelessness when dealing with this sensitive matter.

I would give them 0 stars if possible! Completely unprofessional and the way they handled my loved ones virtual funeral was unacceptable! We’re already grieving the loss of our beloved family member but to deal with the mess that happened today? Disrespectful. I do not recommend.
