Bill Zeranski, gave my family and I so much support durning our difficult time losing my father. Bill has been so compassionate and caring. We lost our father in May, now in August my mother decided it was time, to lay him to rest after having him cremated. Bill made it happened and the other supportive team in a matter of days. My family and I couldn’t thank them enough for being so supportive. We appreciate Bill kindness during our difficult time.

Gentry Morrison is top notch! If you have a loved one who has passed away they help assist you every step of the way. My family and I are so thankful for their professionalism and kindness. My mom and brother are buried next to each in the Garden of Prayer. The grounds are well kept, clean, manicured, and a place a loved one can rest in peace. Thank you Don and staff for making my mom's service beautiful.

I wanted to give my review of Gentry Morrison Funeral Home having just laid my dad Josè Ortiz to rest yesterday. Words alone cannot express the service that Gentry provided to my family and I. It’s never easy to say goodbye to a loved one and the decisions a family must make after the passing of a family member are many and can be daunting if you have never been through the process before. My family and I went to several establishments here in Lakeland. The first having been a disaster Gentry was the second place we visited and we got a good feeling from Trey, he was thoughtful and informative and he was very patient with us after he gave us the quote we thanked him for his time. He never pressured us even when we told him we’d be visiting another establishment after. Well we went to the third establishment and the feeling we got was one that was cold and indifferent. The salesmen kept coming in and out of the conference room almost as if he was a used car Salesmen he dropped the itemized quote on the table. Never offering any information it was like pulling teeth to get information out of him. The moment we stepped out of that business with a capital B it became crystal clear who’d we’d use. We called Trey up immediately. I told Trey he made all the difference we felt our father would be in good hands with Trey and Gentry and once that decision was made Trey made the rest of the process almost stress free during an extremely stressful time. That’s saying a lot. Trey and his team were attentive and reverent and we trusted Gentry to handle my fathers remains with the utmost care. The attention to detail at Gentry was second to none. I just can’t say enough of the service they provided. They really showed they cared and when I learned they were a family owned business and not a big corporation like the other place, it made us feel even better to know we could support a family business. So thank you Trey and thanks to all of your ushers. Mr. Olivera was a gentleman and all the other attendants had a calming presence on the day of the wake and the day of the funeral. Thank you so much, you made a difficult time a lot easier by your caring service. We wish you well. Bill
