Words can’t express the wonderful service we received from Mr. Ronald Hughes and his staff. From the very first day he made availability to meet with our family during one of the toughest moments our family endured. Ronald met with us the same day, explained everything in details, presented all options possible, and never did he rush anything. He made sure him and his staff were available for anything our family needed during this process. They allowed immediate family time alone with our nephew before public visitation before the viewing and the day of the burial. We had no idea what had to be done first/last and with out their help I am sure it would have been a mess but we are forever grateful my nephew received the burial he deserved.
