We had a family member visiting from broad and unfortunately passing away. Roxanne from Columbia Funeral Home was amazing to coordinate a new flight when Luthansa unexpectedly cancelled on us let minute. She was also patient to understand our struggles and worries, and accommodated all of our requests. After this experience, I am planning to get them all my papers in place to get my cremation when time comes. Roxanne, our family much appreciate your care to our situation. And above all, their prices were reasonable!

The reason I chose Columbia Funeral Home for our Mom's viewing and cremation was because it is in the neighborhood that we grew up in and where our Mom lived for her whole life. I was so nervous trying to plan the viewing and cremation for my Mom, but from the first time I contacted Melissa she made me feel comfortable. She helped guide me and my family through the process with so much care and compassion. Melissa has truly found her calling. It takes a special person to be able to do what she does and she does it with so much grace. She was available at all times to answer any questions that I had. She also took such great care to make sure our Mom looked beautiful and that the time that we spent with our family at her viewing was perfect for us.
