Unfortunately had a terrible experience here. The funeral didn't have programs and they forgot the death certificates that I didn't get for another month. The price was affordable and the chaplain in plano was really nice but they did not deliver.

My father passed away couple of months ago my experience with eternal rest funeral home was excellent. I have to say a huge thank you to Mrs. Tina, she made sure everything went as planned and in kept it in our budget range. We called several funeral homes and the one thing that stood out from eternal rest funeral home was Mrs.Tina offered her condolences first then engaged in the conversation where the other funeral homes did not. Mrs. Tina is a very understandable person she knew I had to work and was not able to get off in time to meet at the funeral home and so she went out of her way to meet me at my work place which I personally thought that was very nice of her to do; the staff is very, very friendly especially Mr.Nightingale. If I have to plan another funeral for any of my loved ones I would definitely chose Eternal Rest funeral home.

Eternal Rest is the funeral home that we used for my grandfather's funeral service and everything was very nice. The family was very pleased with how well the service turned out and how helpful & kind the staff was. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my grandfather's service went as well as possible. I would definitely recommend using them.

One of the owners really accommodated us today after the passing of our uncle today. He made sure my aunt got exactly what she wanted and helped us pick the best military casket they had. We really appreciate the service they provide and the care they take with their customers.
