My father passed away semi unexpectedly on October 18. He was a Veteran of the Air Force and we know that there would be some services and assistance available from them but my mother and I had no idea where to start. Craig and his staff not only picked up my father from our house on the date of passing but they picked up the ball for all arrangements. Within less than a week everything from the programs to the viewing to scheduling the ceremony at the National Cemetery in Lawton to the final service everything was planned and moved perfectly and smoothly. Even the weather on the day of internment worked perfectly with the service nicely tucked in between rain storms. I am sure he had nothing to do with that be hey since I am singing praises about him and his staff let’s just add that in. To put the final nail in the coffin he understands the hardships families are going through and he easily and willingly works with the family on all issues to include final payment in a respectful manner. Craig, Karen and Kevin took wonderful care of my grandmother in February 2020. They are the most helpful, down to earth folks I know. They truly care about your loved one by providing all the professional work themselves at their funeral home. When you call them, it is them who will be coming to the home to pick up your loved one. We will forever be grateful to them for how we were treated during a difficult time. Thank you. The Hoffman Family.

When my brother and I went to sign the papers, we were assured that he and I would receive a phone call when our father was ready so we could plan services accordingly. Almost 3 weeks after he was ready, we had to find out from Dad's friend. When I asked why, he apparently had a lot of funerals that week. ???? Too much involved in that conversation. Just terrible. I called the next week AND emailed (they don't check their email unless you call them to tell them you sent one) to inform them I would be in the next day to retieve Dad and the death certificates. They gave all certified ones to his friend, told me it would cost me 15 to get a certified one. And I have sent them emails and phone calls with how we would like his obituary to read. Still no obituary, and this was in July. Not a good experience for a grieving family. Never again, and I have shared my experience with all of my Oklahoma friends, especially in El Reno and the Canadian County area.
