Please do not ever waste your time going to this funeral home. They used the incorrect information on my fathers obituary. I had to call them 3 times to have it fixed and they couldn't get it right. All they do is copy and paste and don't even bother to check if the dates, times or names are correct. The funeral director Richard Villa is the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life. He does not know how to speak to people who are experiencing a loss and lies to get you to stop asking questions. Julia, who answers the phone has no idea was is going on and will also tell you anything to get you off the phone. I asked for my fathers clothes back after the funeral and I was told they hadn't received it and would get it the following week. A week later they said they never give clothing back and he was cremated in it. Having to make funeral arrangements is difficult enough but having to deal with these type of things makes it that much harder. Please save yourself the energy and go somewhere else.

The unprofessionalism, insensitivity and lack of care for what they are doing is astounding to me. The funeral director- Richard- explained nothing, made sure to make us aware of what he could NOT do, how difficult time he would have with other funeral homes, and didn’t explain anything just asked for signatures. Had I not asked questions we would have been left in the dark. This is the wrong business for him. They also misspelled my dads name 2 times on the site. Do not use this funeral home if you care to have a good service for your loved one.

My sister-in-law recently lost her brother. They visited this west location with Richard Villa, but they later decided to use northeast location. Richard Villa drove to the NE location and met with family there. Richard took care of what services they desired. Family was very grateful that Richard was accommodating of their wishes in their time of sorrow
