The first time I used them im 2012 the service was excellent 1st clas service. I used them recently when my mother passed away and I was greatly disappointed. They barely acknowledged me and acted like they didn't even care. The director even refused to give me a copy of my mother's death certificate!! I had a very difficult time obtaining one because my birth certificate was issued from dept of state. I will forever be traumatized by this horrible experience. I can't remember the last time I was treated so badly with such disrespect. The whole experience there was a very traumatizing nightmare for me.
