Heritage Oaks made this journey for us very comforting. Working with Wendy, Chris and staff in one of the worst times in our life was very easy, they were always there to help with our vision of celebrating my dad. They guided us and provided the tools and ideas. I worked personally with the music and pictures for my dads service and called several times for help on this project, Chris was very patient with how I wanted to present the video and understood my vision and it was beautiful. Look up Tommie B Mckee and you can see the video. I loved it and have watched it many time. We did a military honor for my dad at the burial site and it was well planned and intimate. My father chose Heritage Oaks years ago to be proactive when he passed to make it easier on the family. I remember he told me, when he passes, just call this number and they will take care of everything. Unfortunately I had to make that call recently, but I’m truly grateful for the way I was treated at this time of uncertainty and loss.
