The experience my family has had to endure with Chapel of the Valley is inexcusable. Horrible customer service with no sympathy or urgency to help or call back. Very slow to reply and if we call we are met with a very curt, almost angry responses making a difficult time of losing a loved one even worse. I highly recommend finding another provider so your loved ones won’t be burdened with atrocious and uncaring staff like this horrible place.

The owner is on a power trip over holding dead bodies and laughing at family members who just lost their loved ones because we expected cremated remains in a reasonable amount of time. This place needs to be shut down. Trust the horrible reviews that this joke of an establishment has on Yelp and take your business elsewhere.

Chapel of the Valley was extremely helpful with the arrangements for my dad. They helped us find a suitable casket, that our Marine Corps Veteran dad would have approved of. They were very respectful to our family and set up the burial at the National Cemetery for us. With the help from Chapel of the Valley, my mom felt so much relief knowing our dad, was having an honorable respectful service and burial. Thank you again for all the assistance. The Stockton Family.
