My friend's mother past away a few weeks ago. She told me that she and her sister took almost 4 hours making arrangements. Very disorganized older woman.. Wanda did not ask about music and kept loosing her place. My friend had to keep correcting Wanda about what they wanted for their mother. The sister was in tears when she was not called to be informed about a changed room for the wake and a new bill for the cremation. The sister was so upset she wouldn't ask to have her mother's jewelry placed on the body. No one came in to say a prayer as requested. The final straw was no sign in book was provided until insisted upon and when the prayer cards were examined the death date was incorrect. I felt so badly for my friends that the service that was provided was unprofessional.

1 too many stars since I can't give 0. To echo the last few comments, stay away from this place. Unprofessional, they lack empathy as you go through a difficult time, and only care about money money money. Yes I understand that's why you're in business but come on. Even after they had confirmation from the life insurance company that their check was in the mail, Wanda, and another older gentleman were calling everyday threatening to charge a late fee and send us to collections if their check didn't arrive. I guess they expect you to control how fast the post office moves. Stay away!

I absolutely beg of you, Do not under any circumstances give them your business, do yourself that favor. This is by far the most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever had to deal with and heard of in any business. But if you do you do decide to come here, some woman named Wanda might wanna “help you” (she’s old and had a terrible wig). You’ll ask, simple questions, and she will not answer it and just say that she’s been in the business for 70 years and she knows what she’s doing, And not answer your simple question, I assume that a seasoned veteran like her in the mortuary business, I enter a simple simple question about make up, must be too hard for her. She will ask for security deposit, Do not pay it unless you get a full price of everything. Because with that security deposit (no matter the price), they will without your consent, take your loved one’s body and get them embalmed without your permission, or even letting the hospital notify you. And call it “good faith”, but actuality, it’s just their way of trying to lock you in and take your money while giving extremely poor customer service. And God forbid you ask for a price she will accuse you of trying to run away without paying even though you’re just trying to get everything sorted out. She was extremely disrespectful, and I don’t understand how she’s been the business for 70 years and she does not understand how to deal with a grieving family. I unfortunately lost my mother a few months ago, And my family came here to get her funeral stuff planned out. In what way is a funeral home supposed to Disrespect your family, and start arguments every single meeting?? Every time we ask a simple question, whether it be about make up, close, or obituaries, she always find some way to give a smart remark and go on some rant about the Russian Ukraine war, which has nothing to do with what’s going on right now. If you unfortunately have lost a loved one, It is a very difficult time obviously. This funeral home has done everything and its power to ensure that that time will be as difficult as possible and even more frustrating. Please go to a place where you would actually be respected and cared for during your time of need. Then, when my sister asked to see a document, Wanda Refused to let her see it because she thinks she’s trying to runoff without paying or steal something when all she did was asked to check something and no one was thinking about taking anything. My family was grieving due to an untimely death, why does this funeral home think it’s OK to provoke and disrespect an entire family? I understand that that might be really fun for them, but it is not fun for anyone else. Please do not give them your business, I actually don’t understand how this place is still running. I genuinely hope they all go bankrupt and have to close down.
