The instant energy felt when talking with Bruce for hours, then meeting his daughter, Michelle, for the first time. It felt like we had known them for years, and we knew we were in great hands. To have another loving family's support for such a heartbreaking day for our family was exactly what one needs during that time. They have a great office with samples of cremation boxes and any other information you may need. We never felt rushed or pushed into sales of any sort. They provided an itemized breakdown list of costs for what you choose to do for the service and everything else. The words and poems chosen by Michelle for my mother's service were perfect. It was as if she knew my mother as well as any of us. Followed by the special care for all of the wonderful flowers we had received. We can't thank them enough. The Ironside family really made a terribly sad day, more comfortable and stress free. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
