Our Family has brrn using this Funeral Home since 1979 when it was a small but efficient, compassionate and nicely kept place. Fast forward to last time 2016. The building has expanded every is just so nice. The staff still very compassionate they take their time and they tell you All of the options. They will do an excellent job with your love one. So Thank You Carl C Burnett Funeral Home for always doing excellent services.

My mom’s passing was sudden. We only had time to visit 2 funeral homes. Carl C. Burnett Funeral Home was able to effectively plan the services within six days. They picked her up the same night without us even having time for contract. A huge thank you to Joe for that. We were very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that we received from Linette of Carl C. Burnett Funeral Home. She helped to make our difficult time easier by being patient and answering all of our questions, explaining the details of the process, and going out of her way to work through all the issues that came with our loss. She helped us plan a beautiful funeral for my Mom. The entire staff were warm, caring, and compassionate. My mom look great. They were accommodating, knowing we had family coming from Florida, Canada, and from work. They stayed open a little later for us. We would like to extend our gratitude for their patience and generosity during this difficult time and highly recommend their services.

My 5 stars are for everyone except the young lady that was assigned as our Funeral Director (Alex). Not only was she rude, she had no compassion and I had to refrain myself on several occasions because I wanted to let her know what “customer service” was especially working in this field!! However, Ronnie stepped up and came in one night while I was viewing my grandmother (Marjory Amos) because I was beyond aggravated with the level of service received. My family and I appreciated Alex being removed from the Saturday services and they sent someone else instead. Although, I do not remember her name, it was such a pleasure having her assist us that day. So thank you everyone, for making our process as smooth as it could have been during such a hard time for my family! Thank you so much to Joe for the transportation services. We appreciate the level of customer service received and I’m devastated to hear of Ronnie’s passing. Carl C Burnett lost a great one! May he sleep in eternal peace!
