Losing a loved one is by far one of the most difficult events one may have to go through in their lives. At Hellman’s both Gregg and Jeremy were amazing. They both answered all my questions(which I had quite a bit) as well as having done a superb job in planning the funeral using both our input and their expertise to make the tough day go as smoothly as possible. I am so grateful to the staff at Hellman Memorial Chapels for their competence, professionalism, compassion and kindness. I can't say enough about how much they helped me through a very tough loss. Jeremy, in particular, worked closely with me and was extraordinarily responsive, knowledgeable and caring. I had a lot of complicated requests, and he fulfilled each one. I will always hold dear the fact that Jeremy and Gregg were there for me — these are the kind of people you want in your corner at such a difficult time. My appreciation knows no bounds.

I was fortunate that both of my parents had prearranged funerals through Hellman Memorial Chapels. When mom died recently, all I needed to do was make a single phone call and both Greg and Jeremy at Hellman Memorial took over all aspects of the funeral. My situation was a little complicated because mom relocated to Texas, and her body needed to get back to New York very quickly. Gregg and Jeremy were very active in making sure all of those arrangements were done and partnered with a funeral home in Dallas Texas. Mom was back in New York less than 36 hours after she passed. All of the arrangements were performed perfectly and I am entirely grateful for the excellent work Hellman Memorial chapels did for mom. .
