Today I made funeral arrangements for my brother. A task I was not expecting, as he was only 55 years old. From the moment we stepped in the door,the staff was absolutely amazing. Very attentive and seated us immediately even though we were almost an hour early. Daphne walked us through every step of the process and was very informative and very supportive of the situation. Pricing was amazing and for these reasons, I will refer everybody I know to Carter- Taylor- Williams.

I am deeply thankful for the warmth and kindness that the Carter-Taylor-Williams team showed to our family, especially my grandfather, throughout my grandmother’s funeral services. They did a an incredible job with every single detail from the flowers that adorned her pink casket, to the dress she wore and was laid to rest in. The staff is extremely helpful, kind and patient. They answered all questions thoroughly and catered to each of our needs and random requests. Our family is forever grateful. Thank you.

I just picked up my 15 week old sons ashes today and we asked several of times that I wanted my sons little quilted blanket. When picking him up today they seriously handed me another child’s hospital bracelet and blanket. I’m so grossed out that they seriously handed me another child’s hospital bracelet and blanket. I asked them where his blanket was at and they said I don’t know let me ask and they said that they cremated him with it. What the hell, I asked several times for this one thing and they seriously took another child’s blanket and didn’t even confirm the child box to look before doing so. I’m so broken and they absolutely has bought me so much more pain. We simply told them that it was a tiny small quilted blanket, they handed a huge toddler blanket that was pink and green. I absolutely don’t recommend this place and the fact that when I cried when they handed me another child’s hospital bracelet this lady asked me “why are you crying?” Like are you seriously!!! Thank you for being such comfort to my grieving of my sweet baby boy!!!!
