By far the BEST place. These guys work day and night and even though they are friends they are extremely professional and although its a business they make it feel they your loss is also personal to them. They will work with you on everything and even if there is a problem despite who did it (like I and four others that misread the proofs on a custom headstone) they will work to get it fixed. I will refer Chris and Alec to anyone and will continue to tell of my experience as I travel throughout the US.

i feel ever since hall sold to kokotovich their service has been lacking. our family has been using them since the 80's. that being said, kokotovich did me dirty. they allowed someone not involved in any funeral arraingments to change my husbands obit w/out my knowledge or permission. they were rude to me. chris told me he'd call me when they got my husband, i waited then called him asked where is my husband he says oh he's here when i asked why didn't you call like you said, oh i got busy. when i took my husbands clothes in the attendent had the nerve to tell me my husbands phone was ringing in his pocket as they were taking him from ambulance to hearse WTH you tell a greiving spouse that. i as the greiving widow didn't even notice the obit was different til 1 month later, when i contacted chris he was casual about it oh yeah___ _______ called my staff & changed it. they also allowed same said person to add music w/out asking me. we paid in full cash $$$ the day arraingments were made. i feel chris did me dirty & i will never use them again.

We just went through Hall-Kokotovich funeral home for my father’s service. They were BEYOND amazing and kind every single step of the way! They made going through this process easier. Thank you Hall-Kokotovich for everything. My Dad would have been proud of the service he had.
