We are convinced Stacy Stocking is an angel that was sent to help us during the hardest time of our lives. My Dad passed away suddenly in July of this year. Not expecting this to happen, our family was completely unprepared and had no idea what to do or where to start. From the men who picked up my Dad from the hospital, to planning the most beautiful and fitting service, to the many many questions and requests we had during and after, Stacy and his team always responded quickly while treating us like family and not pressuring us to make costly decisions. We are forever for grateful for Stacy, Tracey and the rest of the Stocking staff. Thank you for making such a difficult time one with such beautiful memories. The Family of John A. Smith

We are so thankful for the kindness of our Families, Friends & Community through the loss and grieving of Thomas & my dad. We have suffered losses, but nothing compares to the loss of a child. I want to Thank Stacy Stocking of Stocking funeral home for going above and beyond, his kindness, compassion, soft spoken words, hugs, smile and just for knowing what to do next. There were moments that I literally couldn't breath and honestly don't think we could have gotten through this without him. Not only did Stacy & Tracey create the most beautiful service imaginable (through a pandemic) Stacy spent hours of his time; including a field trip to the cemetery to help us create this monument that tells the story of Thomas. And since my dad was buried with him he suggested my dads name at the base of the headstone. My idea of a funeral director/funeral home owner was someone who is creepy and preys upon the loss of others. This is not Stacy Stocking-he is truly the kindest, most caring person I have ever encountered. Thank You Stacy & Tracey for getting us through the biggest crises in our lives. And for your time and compassion to help us create this monument that completely represents Thomas.
