Hackett-Metcalf are very special people and made this very special day smooth and warm for us all. The facilities are clean, open and accommodating. Thank you for bringing the extra easels for our family photos and the television to run our videos. You made sure we had more than enough seating as more and more family and friends gathered. Our Mother looked beautiful. You took the care and attention that she deserved. We will be forever grateful for you on this special day. Highly Recommend.

We buried my little sister yesterday and from beginning until the end, Lori and Tom especially were amazing. You could not ask for more professional, kind, thoughtful people to guide you during this difficult time. They went above and beyond! Tom truly made the day pass and was above wonderful!
