During this very difficult time for my family the staff made us all feel comfortable, listened to, and they showed the utmost compassion. We needed a simple direct cremation and they were the most straight forward and cost effective of any funeral home in the entire east county area. No high pressure sales, no surprise fees, great communication. Highly recommended.

I think saying Loved it on a Google review for a funeral home is kinda off... I can say all the staff we had contact with was professional. They were not all smiles and bobbles, it was for a funeral. I think demeanor of the staff was appropriate. The price for the services offered was second to none. They really can do as much or as little as asked. I would say the only negative is the out dated decor of the facilities. But on the other hand it was fine for the price we paid. Andrea was really helpful and she did on more then one occasion offer condolences, as well as she was really great about giving us the time we needed for our questions. She never pushed us to do or buy more. Honesty Andrea was great at her job and as much as I hope I never need her services I would not hesitate to use them again. I have the utmost respect for what she and her staff do and they do it well..

Gresham Memorial Chapel did a great job helping and accommodating all our needs for our mothers funeral. John was very straight forward and open with us. He did not pressure us at all and even went out of his way to provide us with a special package deal. They stayed longer the arranged time and gave us all the tools me we needed with our mom. Overall they went above and beyond what we had paid for. They even took all of or flowers to and from the memorial services. The price here is unbeatable. We got the same service for 1/2 the price of any other memorial home if not more.
