If I could give them zero stars I would. Firstly their prices are ridiculous. 2ndly they shouldn't take a body and then tell you to wait over a week for viewing. It's not their call but my family's. I spoke nicely to Harley explaining my sister does not want to be out for more than 3 days and she wants to be next to my late mom. So Harley agreed o could take my sister but I'd have to pay $300 which is fair. When I went to go make the payment, the funeral Director argued with me saying harly did not say $300 and this greedy B wants $800 before another funeral home could take my sister I told them in the office, they using dead people for money. And they should not take a body without having a premise for view ING. They don't get to keep my sister as long as they want. Don't ever go to these crooks . It's all about money and they don't do it with their hearts. The dead can't talk so I will talk for my sister.and I told the funeral director she shouldn't take any body if they can't facilitate according to the family's wishes! They are so EVIL!

They were absolutely the best to work with very,very kind amazing people. They went above and beyond for my mom and my family the gentleman we spoke with was very kind hearted. He explained everything to us and he took light to our sense of humor given everything going on. He was so kind it was a whole vibe an we felt very comfortable with our family member being in their care. We also ran a little over saying goodbye to our loved one and they we so understand and sweet. They made us feel so comfortable and calm in a moment of sadness and stress I 100% recommend them if you are in need of their services. Thank you both for everything you guy's did for us we cannot thank you enough 🙏 WE ARE ALL GREATFUL FOR THEM. Thank you again.

It has been over a year since our mother passed away, and understandably, it has taken our family some time to rebuild our equilibrium & come to terms with our "new normal." That said, it has been in our minds to review Family Memorial Mortuary so others will know of its outstanding service and genuine care throughout the entire process. Our mother had specific requests for a certain type of casket and to be buried in a pioneer cemetery. Susie at Family Memorial orchestrated both with such care and sensitivity that it made an unbearable process much easier than expected. In addition, the undertakers came to my mother's condo when she passed away (at night on a Sunday) and took her with loving dignity, all the while being extremely sensitive to what chaos and grief this was causing my sister and me. You can truly tell this is a family owned business by the way the owners (Susie and her husband) treat their clients during one of the most difficult times in life, and what is truly appreciated - - they do NOT try upsell you on items or services you do not need. They provide options and from there, the family can choose what it prefers. The pine casket was a work of art, and the owners took beautiful care of my mother right through the funeral service, which was nearby their Victorian home. Susie cared for us like loving family through the end, which we so appreciated during this most devastating and difficult time. Five stars isn't sufficient to describe the service and care of Family Memorial Mortuary. Truly, TRULY excellent.
