John Romankewiz and Alisha Williams were fantastic when assisting us following the recent death of a family member. They went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. John and Alisha also made themselves available after hours for questions even came to our house when needed for signatures. They each brought "customer service" to a new level. We were advised in writing of the estimated potential costs, and the final charges were in alignment those estimates. There were no surprises. This is the third time we have utilized Gorsline Runciman over the past eight years and I recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

She is truly THE BEST. I believe her official title at Gorsline is Licensed Family Service Advisor but to our family, she is a God-send, an angel, an answered prayer, a trusted, empathetic, caring, compassionate, committed, dedicated, safe advocate who helped guide us every step of the way from start to finish through two very difficult times in our lives. Marcia and HANK BORDEN (Gorsline Senior Funeral Director) worked with us to plan two very beautiful, personalized memorial services that celebrated the lives of our beloved family members. We are truly grateful to both of them and the Gorsline team and would highly recommend Marcia and Hank at Gorsline because of the wonderful experience we had.

When my brother in law passed, they were so accommodating and thoughtful beyond belief. The management made sure that everything was going smoothly for us as his body was to be shipped from Japan (Air Force). The stress of dealing with a sudden passing was handed off to their wonderful staff and did not pressure us to buy or do anything we didn't want. In fact, the director went above and beyond for us and I just cannot express how grateful I am for their service. I've had a few funerals in my life now and I can say that this funeral company is caring, trustworthy, and absolutely amazing to all the others I've deal with in the past!
