Great service, used for both grandpas who passed within three months of one another. Great price for the package offered for their memorial services. It included the cremation, picking up the body, thank you cards, death cert, life card, two hour service and a flash drive to add photos too. The sitting area seats about 50 people I believe and the food area is small but gets the job done. The staff was very helpful in the consultation and quick with any response and accommodation. The staff was also very helpful during the service and with setting up before hand.

My experience was first class service Sarah was awesome Very attentive to our needs Very Respectable to our space and not interrupt the service only when rules needed to be enforced to our family members and friends they took care of that for us which meant a lot because we were all caught up with our lost family member I will also like to say thank you Jorge for his service as well. EXCELLENT SERVICE! The passing of a loved one is so hard and having to deal with all the responsibility of everything that comes with it is even harder. Sarah and Brittany do such a great job at making everything so simple and not as overwhelming as it can be. I highly recommend this place. The pricing is realistic and better than other places in the east Orlando area. I love that its one family at a time as opposed to other funeral homes. The space is a bit limited inside but there is plenty of parking. They have a kitchen available and one bathroom for both sexes. Overall, highly recommend!
