Mrs Jimenez is rite you made my grandma look horrible and shouldn't have said you could do something if you weren't able to do it in the first place and everyone knows how she passed and Mrs Jimenez did reach out to the family fyi. Poor job all together and will always let ppl know about ur services

I feel like they didn't do everything in there power to make my grandmother look like herself. That wasn't close to what she looked like in real life, from the eyebrows to the lip stick. Wouldn't recommend getz to anyone.
