Gaffney did a great job throughout the process. I was particularly impressed with Tim Grant, the Funeral Director assigned to us. He was the ultimate professional and took time to clearly explain the process and what my responsibilities were. I felt very fortunate to have him running the show for us. He somehow was able to get the exact date we requested at Tahoma National Cemetery, and he confirmed it very quickly. On the administrative side, Grace Dawson was also an extremely competent assistant, and I was very impressed with her high quality work and her ability to get many things done quickly to meet tight deadlines.
