They did an amazing job with honoring my grandmother and providing her and my family with the best possible service. The member that worked with us was Contessa King and my favorite thing about her was that every time she spoke with my grandfather her first priority was to see how he was doing. It truly showed how much she cared not only about her clients but also the deceased. They also provided a fantastic tribute video and asked multiple times if any changes should be made making sure that it was exactly what we envisioned. Losing someone you care for is a tough process but Newell-Hoerling’s Mortuary made it a little easier.

We used Newell hoerlings sadly 3 times in the last 6 months, my boyfriends brother, my mom, & my bf grandma they were amazing & went ABOVE & beyond for us EVERYTIME. They let us bring them home in a timely matter & before one was even paid for in full all they care about his getting your loved one buried or cremated & home with you. I can’t say much about ALL the employees but I can say that Hank, Sarah, & contessa were absolutely amazing with & for us & I wouldn’t recommend anyone else especially as caring, loving, involved, & nurturing they truly are…. This is where I want to go when my time comes…. Thanks again Newell-hoerling for making this so much easier & less stressful & a big thanks to Sarah, Hank, & contessa your a true blessing

I was very impressed with the professionalism and helpful attitude, especially with the help from Contessa King. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience was memorable and honored my wife. She seemed very knowledge of the process and gave me answers to questions I didn’t know I had. Hank was very helpful in putting her tribute video, it was very well done and the professionalism of these employees is to be commended.
